• Facto uses SSL encryption to protect all the information you enter or view in our system.
• All of our employees are under a strict confidentiality agreement and can only view information when you request support.
• Our terms of use ensure the confidentiality of your data. We will not share it with anyone unless you indicate otherwise, under any circumstances.
• The only way to access your data is through your password; no data is stored on your local machine.

Availability

• Facto operates in the cloud and is available from anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day.
• Our infrastructure is Google Cloud, the same one that handles billions of searches on Google, hours of video on Youtube, and emails on Gmail. Thanks to this technology, you can count on availability levels above 99.9%.
• We have permanent monitoring procedures, and our contingency plans allow us to add extra services in case of contingency.

Integrity

• All of our data servers have immediate synchronization mirrors. This means that every piece of data you save is automatically stored in multiple points to avoid a single point of failure.
• We perform nightly backups that we store for 7 days online, and then move to a "cold" backup for up to 6 months.

Quality

• Our company is one of the few management software companies certified under the international standard ISO 9001:2015 in Chile by FCR.
• Every new Facto update is developed under controlled development processes and follows a defined testing methodology.
• Since security is a constant challenge, we release updates every 15 days, fixing bugs and adding new features.
